Configuration Steps:
- Configure Single Sign-On to enable learner access
- Enable external web services (such as the edX Moodle Integration) to talk to your Moodle system over REST APIs
- Enable protocols
- Create a specific Moodle user
- Check user capability - Create a Moodle Role that enables all the permissions needed by the edX Moodle Integration
- Add the edX Moodle Integration web service to Moodle
- Add functions to the web service
- Select a specific user (as the authorized user for the web service)
- Create a token for the web services user (that allows edX to act as the Moodle User created in Step 3)
- Enable developer documentation
- Provide your Moodle URL and token to edX via the edX Admin Portal
