This article explains how to return an unused license when an employee leaves the company.
If a code has been assigned to a learner who is no longer employed with your company or part of your organization, you can revoke the code as long as it has not been redeemed.
*Please note: Codes cannot be revoked if they have already been redeemed. There is no way to revoke a code or remove a learner's code enrollment once it has been redeemed to enroll in a course.
To revoke a code, please follow these steps;
1) Navigate to the Code Management tool in the Administrator Dashboard.
2) Select the code batch (if you have multiple batches) you wish to work with.
3) After clicking into the specific code batch, filter for 'Unredeemed codes'. You will see options to 'Remind' or 'Revoke' the specific code for a user. Click REVOKE.
PRO TIP: This action can be also be done in bulk by selecting multiple users/codes.
1) Check the check box to the left of the users you wish to revoke.
2) Use the BULK ACTION option at the top right of the Coupon Details screen section to revoke multiple licenses at once.
