- Is the code expired? Expired codes will not work.
- Was the code assigned to a specific email? Codes will only work for the email to which it was assigned
- Have you used this code before? Each code has a specified number of uses.
- Are you enrolling in a program or a course? Codes are applied to individual courses only. A code cannot be used toward a program or multiple courses at checkout, only individual course upgrades.
- Is your code able to be used for any course or a specific course? Check with your learning manager to confirm.
