Learners have the ability to unenroll from courses through their course dashboard. If the enrollment occurred within the previous 14 days (2 days for Professional Education Courses) an automatic refund will be granted to the organization. If the enrollment occurred outside of that window, no refund will be granted to the organization.
Learners who used a single-use code to enroll in their course, then go on to unenroll within the refund window, will automatically receive a replacement code via email. Administrators looking for replacement codes for multi-use codes should reach out to customersuccess@edx.org.
