This sometimes occurs if the learner does not enroll from within the Learner Portal. Learners can follow the below steps to enroll in the Verified track from the Learner Portal:
- Please go to enterprise.edx.org. Once you are at enterprise.edx.org, please ensure there are no dialogue messages letting you know that you have an inactive subscription license.
- Do not click on your course or the continue learning button. Instead, click Find a course to search your course, find the course, and click View course.
- You will know you are in the correct place if you see a banner with your organization name across the top.
Please only enroll in courses if you see your organization's banner at the top, and the URL begins with enterprise.edx.org, or you may continue to encounter this issue.
