When a subscription expires, learners will no longer have Verified access to the uncompleted courses they have enrolled in using your subscription license. Any course learners have enrolled in through a subscription will revert to the audit access only.
If they wish to continue in a course in the Verified track, and the course’s verified upgrade deadline has NOT passed, they may choose to upgrade to verified and pay the upgrade fee at their own cost.
If learners earned a course certificate during their subscription, they can access the certificate from their dashboard.
