This article explains what happens when a Learner Credit Budget expires.
Enterprise learner credit budgets have an expiration date indicated on their initial contract and reflected in the administrator portal for the respective learning credit budget.
Should a budget reach expiration, learners will be unable to enroll in additional courses, and those administrators who have chosen to assign courses will become unable to allocate courses to learners. However, learners already enrolled in their courses through learner credit will maintain paid-access and will not be disrupted.
