Administrators can choose to use a “universal link” to grant potential learners access to the portal. A universal link can be generated from the administrator portal under, “Settings > Configure Access > Universal Link / Access via Link”. This link allows anyone who can click it to gain access to your organization’s learner portal, link to your organization, and access use to your organization's Learner Credit.
Note: As an added security measure, there’s a limit on the number of times a link can be used. This is noted in the portal beside each link that’s generated. It is possible to enable BOTH browsing experiences via SSO and via a Universal link if desired. Also, it’s possible to have multiple active links at once.
