This article explains the refund process for Learner Credit
Yes, learner credit is automatically refunded in accordance with our unenrollment-based refund policies. Should a student choose to unenroll within 14 days off enrollment or course start (whichever comes later), learner credit will be automatically returned to their Enterprise’s learner credit budget.
This unenrollment can be initiated by the learner, from the respective course tile/card on their enterprise dashboard. Administrators who wish to have a learner unenrolled from a course can contact support for assistance with their request. Refunds after the 14-day period are not guaranteed and are governed by the refund policy.
