This article explains how learners receive subsidy assignments (i.e. codes, subscription licenses, learner credit assignments).
After you have assigned a code or a license to a learner, they will receive an email from edx-for-business-no-reply@info.edx.org notifying them of the assignment. This email will list the recipient/learner's email the code/subscription is assigned, the access code number and expiration date (if applicable).
For Codes: the email will also show a button to "Find a course", which will prompt steps that the learner will need to perform in order to login or create an account, and start enrolling in courses.
