This article explains Blank/Null Entries in the Learner Progress Report.
A blank (or null) entry on a Learner Progress Report that shows an enrollment without an associated email indicates that the user did not consent to share their enrollment data for that specific enrollment. Blank entries will show for learners in the audit path, or that used a personal credit/debit card payment to enroll in a course while linked to an enterprise, and opted not to share that enrollment with the linked enterprise.
You can confirm under seat_delivery_method the type of subsidy used by the learner for each applicable enrollment.
Note: If you do not see the tab for Learner Progress Report on your admin portal, or you do see the tab with the message "There are no results.", your organization may not have an active data sharing package included in your contract. Please contact your edX sales representative if you would like to learn more and inquire about adding the data package to a current or future agreement.
