We are not able to offer individual exam or assignment retakes, or extend deadlines of graded material. The course team has a fixed course schedule and grading policy.
Each course team sets a fixed number of attempts on each graded assignment. Once a learner has used up all available attempts on an assignment, it isn't possible to retake the assignment. It's also not possible to reset a learner's Progress score. They will need to wait for the next session to retake the course. Please note learners will need to pay the verified certificate fee again to upgrade to future course sessions.
In most courses, it is possible to miss an assignment or two and still receive a passing final grade. Some courses automatically drop one or more of the lowest graded assignments. Please instruct your learners to consult their course's grading policy, syllabus, or progress page for specific details.
