The Learner Progress Report has two sections, the Overview and the Full Report.
The Overview section displays:
- The number of learners from your organization who have registered at edx.org using their ID with your organization. This does not include any learners who may have registered using their personal email accounts.
- The number of learners from your organization who have enrolled in at least one edX course.
- The number of of learners from your organization who have been active in a course at least once in the past week
- The number of courses that learners from your organization have completed
The Full Report section lists every learner from your organization, who linked to your organization and has enrolled in an edX course. For each learner, the Full Report lists:
- Email address
- Course title
- Enrollment date
- Date they passed the course
- Enrollment mode (verified or audit)
- The price of the course (after discounts, or list price?)
- The name of the edX for Business coupon, if any, that was applicable to their enrollment
- The coupon offer that the learner used in their enrollment (for example, 100% discount)
You can sort the Full Report by any of the report columns by clicking on the up or down arrow in the column heading.
Select Download full report (CSV) to download the report in CSV format. The downloaded report includes additional fields for each learner. For more information about the fields included in the downloaded report, see learner-summary Endpoint in the edX Enterprise API Guide.
Note: The Learner Progress Report is updated on a 24-hour cadence. If you have a learner who has enrolled in a course, completed assessments, or completed the course it will appear within 24 hours. If you do not see the tab for Learner Progress Report on your admin portal, your organization may not have an active data sharing package included in your contract. Please contact your edX sales representative if you would like to learn more and inquire about adding the data package to a current or future agreement.
