What is “Browse & Request”?
"Browse & Request” allows all potential learners to “window-shop” for available courses and programs through the organization’s learner portal. They do not need to have an active subscription license or assigned code to see all that their organization has to offer through edX. If potential learners find a course of interest, they can click to request access to the course. The organization’s administrator will be notified and can decide to approve or deny the request. If approved, the learner will automatically be assigned the subscription license or code they need to enroll in the course for free.
Who can leverage Browse & Request?
All customers using either subscriptions or coupon codes can leverage the new “Browse & Request” feature. Only organizations with a single subsidy type can use this feature (for now).
