The Learner Progress Report is updated on a 24-hour cadence. If you have a learner who has enrolled in a course, completed assessments, or completed the course it will appear within 24 hours. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please reach out to customersuccess@edx.org with the learner's email and the course you are expecting to see so that our team can investigate for you.
