This article explains what happens when you remove a member from a budget.
If the member has not accepted their invitation to edX and you remove them from the budget, the member will be marked as removed in the members tab. After 90 days of the invitation, they will be removed from our database and you will not be able to see them anymore.
If the member has accepted their invitation to edX and you remove them from the budget, the member will be marked as removed in the members tab. The member will still have access to any courses they enrolled in before they were removed.
