This article explains what a Learner Credit is and how to utilize them.
Learner Credit, also referred to as "offers", enable learner to enroll in a course without asking for payment or a code. Learner Credits are established by the administrator and are controlled by spend budget, available courses or catalogs.
*PRO TIP: Once a Learner Credit budget has been established, it cannot be changed. Contact edX for Business Support for guidance.
NOTE: As of October 1, 2023, this function is only possible if the employer is using single sign-on (SSO) or a link for learners to be able to be tied to the enterprise (Universal Link). Future releases of the platform will improve this function and learner experience.
