This article explains how to create and submit a ticket to the Enterprise Support Team
If you can't find the answer to your question in our Help Center, you can contact the edX Enterprise Support team at enterprise-support@edx.org, clicking the "Submit a Request" button at the bottom of this page, or click the "Help" button in the lower right hand corner of this page.
When submitting a ticket, please include your name, your email address associated with your Enterprise Learner Account along with any other important details regarding issue you or your learners may be facing.
