This article explains how to remove assigned licenses in bulk using the administrator dashboard
1) In your administrators dashboard, click on SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
2) Open the desired license batch (if you have multiple) and click MANAGE LEARNERS on the far right of the screen.
3) On the left of the screen is the FILTERS box. Check PENDING. This will show you a list of users who have not activated their assigned license.
4) To select all learners at once, check the box at the top of the list contained in the grey bar. You will then notice each name (email address) is now checked. Alternatively, you can manually select the names (emails) you wish to remove in bulk by checking the box to the left of the learner's name.
5) Once you are completed checking the boxes you wish to remove, notice at the top right of the section 2 boxes (REMIND) (ENROLL) to the left of those two boxes are three dots. Click on that icon. A new box will appear (REVOKE). Clicking this button will revoke license for each learner you had checked previously.
