This article explains the steps for setting up a successful program
Most customer contracts run for one year. In addition, learners take on average 6-12 weeks to complete a course. For easier management of your time, program and investment, and to keep your employees on the path to success, a best practice is to plan activities in a quarterly cadence.
Quarter 1: Program Launch and Kick-Off
- Make learners aware of the subsidy and courses that they can enroll in
- Take a look at last activity date to ensure employees are engaged
Quarter 2: Learner Progress and Encouragement
- Nudge learners who are noticeably behind on the course schedule
- Re-engage learners who have not been active for 2+ weeks
Quarter 3: Celebrate Success and Enrollments
- Collect & share success stories as social proof in your company & consider sharing with edX!
- Survey your learners about their experiences
- Check-in with the Customer Success or Account Management team
Quarter 4: Program Evaluation
- Work with your customer success associate and account manager to evaluate the performance of your program.
- Identify the key skills and knowledge learners have gained throughout the program.
- (Where applicable) Use any remaining prepaid funds.
