This article explains why you may have a limited view of courses within the Learner Portal.
When searching for courses in your Learner Portal, "All Courses" will show the courses that are included in your organization's catalog.
Only courses in your catalog are those that are eligible for your learners to enroll in with use of a code or subscription license.
