This article explains how to replicate your learner's view of the Learner Portal
If you are using codes or licenses and using the Learner Portal, you are able to see what your learners see by navigating to enterprise.edx.org while logged into your admin edX account. Assigning yourself a subsidy (code or license) from portal.edx.org will enable you to see courses appear under "free to me" in addition to being able to filter by "all courses".
If you are looking for a view into what your learners see via your LMS, you will need to refer to your internal processes as we do not have insight into off-edX platform products. Typically you will need to masquerade as a learner to view things as a learner in your LMS. Refer to your LMS documentation or administrator for help.
